Refund policy

We always hope that you are satisfied with the products you purchase from Stitches and Wishes Boutique.  However we do know that that sometimes an item may be to big or little.  We are sorry but we do not offer cash returns.  We do offer instore credit or credit towards your next purchase.  However you will be responsible for shipping the item back.  If you receive an item that is defected we will work out something with you.  Anything purchased on our Clearance pages are final sale - no exceptions.  

• All returns must be in new condition with tags still attached and no stains of deodorant of any kind, no smells of smoke/perfume of any kind, and no animal hair in order to receive store credit equal to the amount of the returned item (Shipping not included).
• You may initiate a return within 15 days of purchase date.  
• The return process may take up to 12 business days once received at our location.
